These mitigation measures, along with other <br /> Cify requirements and conditions, canstitute sufficient mifigation for the significant <br /> environmental impacts associated w.ith the proposed project. <br /> • The proposed project must comply with all applicable local, state and federal regulations and <br /> development standards. <br /> • The proposed project is not an essential public facility. <br /> The project proponent has agreed to comply with the SW Everett Subarea Plan Mitigation Decision <br /> Document.
