April 4, 2018 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 6:30 p.m., April 4, 2018, in the City Council Chambers of the <br /> William E. Moore Historic City Hall, Council President Roberts presiding. <br /> Upon roll call, it was found that Council Members Roberts, Moore, <br /> Murphy, McNeal, Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. Mayor Franklin <br /> was excused. Council Member Bader arrived a few minutes late. <br /> Council Member Moore led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the March 28, 2018, City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed. Council Member Stonecipher abstained from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin was excused. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Moore reminded the public that the Budget <br /> Subcommittee is scheduled to meet the first Wednesday of each month, <br /> and the meetings are televised. He encouraged citizens to watch. <br /> Council Member Murphy provided a recap from the Budget Subcommittee <br /> meeting, which was held earlier today. <br /> Council Member Bader provided a report on his attendance of the <br /> Snohomish County Opioid Response Multi-agency Coordination (MAC) <br /> group meeting last Friday. He also provided a liaison report on his <br /> attendance at the Westmont-Holly Neighborhood meeting last evening. <br /> President Roberts thanked organizers and volunteers of the Fisherman's <br /> Village Music Festival that was held over the weekend. He also stated <br /> Action Item No. 9 had been pulled from the Consent Agenda. <br /> 111 <br />
