April 18, 2018 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 <br /> p.m., April 18, 2018, in the City Council Chambers of the William E. Moore <br /> Historic City Hall, Council President Roberts presiding. Upon roll call, it was <br /> found that Mayor Franklin and Council Members Roberts, Murphy, McNeal, <br /> Bader, Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. Council Member Moore was <br /> excused. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the April 11, 2018, City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. Council Member Tuohy abstained. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin read a proclamation announcing April 23-27 as the YWCA's <br /> Stand Against Racism Week. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Bader reported on his attendance at the Delta <br /> Neighborhood meeting. <br /> Council Member McNeal reported on her attendance at the Twin Creeks- <br /> Cascade View Neighborhood meeting. She also stated she had toured the <br /> Traffic Engineering Department and encouraged citizens to meet with the <br /> City Engineer. <br /> Council Member Tuohy reported on her attendance at the Harborview <br /> Neighborhood meeting. <br /> Council Member Murphy reported on his attendance at Naval Station <br /> Everett's State of the Station event and at the HopeWorks Station II <br /> groundbreaking ceremony. He reported on his attendance at the Lowell and <br /> Valley View Neighborhood meetings and stated he attended the first <br /> meeting regarding City Council districting. <br /> 123 <br />
