April 18, 2018 <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Sean Renfro, Everett, spoke about a police matter. <br /> Denise Nilsson, Everett, spoke about the Everett Transit Route 8. <br /> Jackie Minchew, Everett, spoke about Earth Day/Earth Week and the <br /> events that 350 Everett have planned during the week. <br /> Citlalli Zarate and Ryan Weber, both of Everett, spoke about the lack of <br /> sidewalks and the proposed low income housing in the Delta Neighborhood. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher requested information from the City Engineer <br /> regarding the sidewalks and the City's improvement process. <br /> Council Member Tuohy stated that street issues will be discussed at the <br /> next Public Safety Subcommittee meeting. <br /> Tina Hokanson, Megan Dunn, Gail Chism, and Charlene Rawson, all of <br /> Everett, spoke about the cancellation of the Monte Cristo Awards Ceremony <br /> and the elimination of the neighborhood mailings. <br /> Considerable discussion ensued regarding these decisions at the Budget <br /> Subcommittee meetings. <br /> Council Member Murphy requested that Mayor Franklin reconsider the <br /> cancellation of the Monte Cristo Awards Ceremony and stated he would be <br /> willing to work with her in an attempt to reinstate the event. <br /> COUNCIL BREIFING AGENDA: <br /> COUNCIL BILL 1804-16 <br /> FIRST READING: <br /> 125 <br />
