Plan review will resume when the requested information is submitted in sufficient detail to <br /> ensure that the proposed structures will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes. Additional <br /> revisions may be required for structural comments, or by Public Works, Utilities, Planning, or Fire <br /> departments. Please check online at everettwa.gov/permits to see the review status of your submittal. <br /> Please provide two sets of replacement sheets. If revisions are coming directly from the blue-printer, <br /> please make arrangements with them to print two replacement sets. <br /> General <br /> 1. The method of compliance with the IEBC should be identified in the code analysis. Please <br /> confirm on the drawings if this is a Level II alterations, per IEBC section 504. <br /> a. It was not clear from sheet A3.00 whether all or a portion of the ceiling is being removed, <br /> per note DC-04, and the RCP demo plan was not shown. Please clarify on the drawings. <br /> b. The costs for providing the accessible route to the primary function area, if not already <br /> present, are not required to exceed 20% of the cost of the alterations to the primary <br /> function area per IEBC sections 410.5 and 410.7, based on Level II or Level III <br /> alterations. This would include site parking, per IEBC section 705.1, unless it is technically <br /> infeasible to comply with Chapter 11 of the IBC. <br /> Accessibility (Updated 7/12/17) <br /> 1. Please submit a site plan to indicate van accessible parking spaces, standard accessible parking <br /> spaces, and access aisles based on the number of stalls provided, per IEBC sections 410.6, 410.7, <br /> 504.2, 705.1, 806.1 and IBC section 1104.1. <br /> a. The number of accessible stalls should be identified on the drawings to conform with IBC <br /> table 1106.1, based on the number of parking stalls provided. If there are 26 stalls, two van <br /> accessible stalls are required. <br /> b. The van accessible stall should be shown as being 16 feet wide, per ICC-A117.1-2009 section <br /> 502.2, with a minimum access aisle width of 5 feet, per ICC-A117.1-2009 section 502.4.2. <br /> c.
