r ' <br /> • <br /> Section 2: That upon annexation of the property herein above set forth, said <br /> property thereof annexed shall become a part of the City of Everett, a municipal <br /> corporation, and shall be subject to all its laws and ordinances then and thereafter in <br /> force. Upon annexation of the above described property, all of said property shall be <br /> assessed and taxed at the same rate on the same basis as other property located <br /> within the City of Everett is assessed and taxed, to pay for any then outstanding <br /> indebtedness of the City of Everett contracted prior to or existing at the date of <br /> this annexation. In addition, the annexed area will remain responsible unto any other <br /> lawfully formed municipal corporation to which the property is obligated at the time <br /> of annexation subject to a specific lien. Further, the City of Everett may incur <br /> additional operating expenses in supplying water or sewage unto persons who are <br /> located within the annexed area.
