The existing carport structure has been enclosed with walls for use as occupied space. <br /> 2. These alterations have been constructed in a substandard manner. <br /> 3. The alterations have been performed without required permits and approvals.(Permit records verify this as well <br /> as Snohomish County assessor records and photos.) <br /> 4.
