The <br /> 31 document(s) shall be received no later than 24 hours (not including Saturdays, <br /> 32 Sundays and Holidays) after the time for delivery of the Bid Proposal. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 The Bidder shall submit to the Contracting Agency a signed "Certification of Compliance <br /> 35 with Wage Payment Statutes" document where the Bidder under penalty of perjury <br /> 36 verifies that the Bidder is in compliance with responsible bidder criteria in RCW <br /> 37 39.04.350 subsection (1) (g), as required per Section 1-02.14. The "Certification of <br /> 38 Compliance with Wage Payment Statutes" document shall be received either with the <br /> 39 Bid Proposal or no later than 24 hours (not including Saturdays, Sundays and <br /> 40 Holidays) after the time for delivery of the Bid Proposal. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 If submitted after the Bid Proposal is due, the document(s) must be submitted in a sealed <br /> 43 envelope labeled the same as for the Proposal, with "Supplemental Information" added. <br /> 44 All other information required to be submitted with the Bid Proposal must be submitted <br /> 45 with the Bid Proposal itself, at the time stated in the Call for Bids. <br /> 46 <br /> 47 The Contracting Agency will not open or consider any Bid Proposal that is received after 111 <br /> 48 the time specified in the Call for Bids for receipt of Bid Proposals, or received in a <br /> 49 location other than that specified in the Call for Bids.
