I CITY OF EVERETT SPECIAL PROVISIONS Bid Item 10 - Removal of Asphalt Pavement Measurement and Payment: Unit Price per Square Foot I Measurement for removal of asphalt pavement will be per square foot excavated along the neatlines shown in the plans and described in the specifications, as approved by the Inspector. I The unit price per square foot for removal of asphalt pavement, regardless of thickness, shall be full compensation for all labor, material, tools, and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete the Work as specified in Section 2-02.3(3) of the Special Provisions, 111 as shown on the Plans, or as directed by the Engineer.
