Project: 41' St to WMVD Freight Corridor Improvements <br /> Change Order No.3 <br /> Change Order Effective Date: January 22, 2018 <br /> The net result of adding new item# 81 and deleting existing bid item#2 is a$1,700.00 decrease to the <br /> Contract price. <br /> Justification <br /> Bid Item #2—Removal of Structure and Obstruction. This bid item is being deleted because <br /> removal work at 41' St and Rucker was deleted from the Contract. <br /> Item#81 —Revised Removal of Structure and Obstruction. The Contract plans required that <br /> drainage structures and piping be removed at the intersection of 41' St and Rucker, but that work was <br /> deleted from the Contract. This new item is being added to account for the costs to pay for removals as <br /> shown on the plans and in the specifications as part of removals of structure and obstruction. <br /> Change Order # 3 Total Cost: ($1,700.00) <br /> Contract Time: Fifty-one (51)working days are added to the Contract Time in Change Order <br /> #3 as detailed below. <br /> A. Forty(40) Working Days are added to the Contract Time to account for the Equitable <br /> Adjustment to Contract for Utility Delays. <br /> B. Two (2) Working Days are added to the Contract Time to account for time to rebuild roadway <br /> with crushed rock and hot mix asphalt. <br /> C. Seven(7) Working Days are added to the Contract Time to account for additional days of road <br /> preparation and paving that were not part of original Contract. <br /> D. Two (2) Working Days are added to the Contract Time to account for additional roadway <br /> surveying, due to revisions to Contract plans. <br /> Page 4 of 4 <br />
