The award is to reimburse costs of on-the-water patrols and boating <br /> education classes. A local match of$33,479.32, a portion of Vessel Registration Funds received, is <br /> required There is a non-supplantation requirement. . The Federal"Financial Assistance Grant award and <br /> Intergovernmental Agreement with the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission establishes <br /> the framework between the Commission and the EPD for accomplishing the patrols, classes and special <br /> emphasis enforcement.
