(4 <br /> , <br /> r '', <br /> RESOLUTION No. ti- <br /> A Resolution declaring one Navistar Aid Car surplus and <br /> authorizing its sale at public auction. <br /> Whereas, the City has one 2001 Navistar 4700LP Aid Car(V0106) in its fleet; <br /> and <br /> Whereas,the above-referenced equipment is no longer of value or use to the City; <br /> and <br /> Whereas, Ordinance 2963-06 establishes a procedure and methods for surplus or <br /> disposition of City-owned personal property; and <br /> Whereas,based on the guidelines set forth in Section 2 of Ordinance 2963-06 a <br /> public auction is the disposition method that best meets the City's interests; and <br /> Whereas,the City's purchasing manager has reported the basis for the estimated <br /> value of the surplus property and has recommended to surplus the above- <br /> referenced vehicles and equipment by public auction. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the City Council of the City of <br /> Everett: <br /> 1. The Whereas,the City has one 2001 Navistar 4700LP Aid Car (V0106) <br /> which is no longer of value or use to the City; and <br /> 2.
