The Agreement expires on August 31, 2018. <br /> Amendment No.1 extends services through August 31,2019. The City and Village Theatre have been <br /> working together to bring live theatre arts to Everett since 1998 and Village Theatre has welcomed over 1.4 <br /> million guests to EPAC since 1998. <br /> The Parks and Community Services Department recently began managing the Agreement for EPAC. The <br /> Department would like to extend the Village Theatre Agreement one year to allow time to work more closely <br /> with Village Theatre and to research best business practices specific to Municipal Performing Art Center <br /> Management Agreements. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. <br /> 1 to the Village Theatre Agreement extending the contract through August 31,2019. <br /> 93 <br />
