Please see the compiled list of comments below and the attached redlines to revise your plans <br /> accordingly, prior to resubmitting to the Permit Services Counter. If you have any questions <br /> regarding the comments/redlines or need anything further, please directly contact this project's <br /> Public Works plans reviewer, Sabrina Fandler, at 425-257-7813 or SFandler@everettwa.gov. <br /> Please note that these comments are compiled from Public Works reviewers for the Public Works <br /> (civil) plans only. The applicant team may receive a separate comment letter from the Building <br /> Department and/or the Planning Department. <br /> a. Please resubmit the following items to the Permit Services Counter with your resubmittal <br /> once all requested revisions have been made: <br /> i. Transmittal Sheet: (1) see attached, also available at the Permit Counter-2nd Floor, <br /> 3200 Cedar Street. <br /> ii. Plans: (4) sets of revised plans plus original City Markups. <br /> iii. Drainage Report: (2)copies of revised drainage report plus original City Markups. <br /> iv. Easement Form: (1) copy of easement form for revised water easement with legal <br /> description and exhibit attached for review. For an electronic version of this form, <br /> please email Sabrina at SFandler@everettwa.gov. Signing of this form must be <br /> notarized and can take place at the permit counter if needed, typically done at the <br /> time of permit issuance for convenience to the owner. Required prior to permit <br /> issuance. <br /> v. Cost Estimate for Permit Fee Calculation Form: (1) copy of cost estimate form <br /> filled out for the City to use to calculate the Public Works Permit Fee. Update if <br /> any of your stormwater design changes the original document that was submitted. <br /> The Permit Counter is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am-12:00pm and from <br /> 1:00pm-4:OOpm(closed between 12:00pm-1:00pm for lunch). <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
