Mr. <br /> Project Manager Pennington served for over 15 years in various public sector <br /> positions in Illinois and Maine before joining Matrix. The positions <br /> included Assistant City Manager, Assistant Human Resources <br /> Director, and Labor Relations Manager / Chief Negotiator. Mr. <br /> Pennington's experience evaluating administrative operations <br /> includes: Albuquerque (NM), Carroll County (NH) Franklin Township <br /> (NJ), Johnson County (KS), Mt. Lebanon (PA), Orland Park (IL), <br /> Peoria County (IL), Rancho Mirage (CA), Rancho Palos Verdes <br /> (CA), Raymore (MO), Roseville (CA), Washington State Ferries.
