Qualifications Overview to Conduct a Public Works Assessment EVERETT, WASHINGTON <br /> Prepare a Draft and Final Report and Provide Plans for <br /> Implementing Improvement Opportunities in the Organization <br /> and Operations of the Public Works Department. <br /> Once the work tasks noted above have been completed, our analysis, findings, and <br /> conclusions will be documented and reviewed with the Department. The draft and final <br /> reports will contain the following elements: <br /> • An executive summary that provides all recommendations, associated costs and <br /> cost savings, and priority of implementation. <br /> • Detailed analysis of each identified improvement opportunity. <br /> • Recommended staffing allocations. <br /> • An implementation plan for each improvement opportunity recommended. <br /> Once staff and the Project Steering Committee have reviewed the draft final report and <br /> implementation plan, and provided input, we would develop the final report and deliver it <br /> to the Project Steering Committee. We would be pleased to present our findings to the <br /> City in whatever forum is desired. <br /> TASK RESULT <br /> The product of this task would be the draft and final reports which would be <br /> reviewed with the City and presented in whatever forum is desired. <br /> 4. Project Schedule <br /> The table, which follows, presents the proposed timeline for completing the tasks <br /> identified in our Scope of Work.
