5 <br /> 1. The Respondents must abate all violations of IPMC 106.1, IPMC 301.2, IPMC 301.3 <br /> and EMC 8.20.020(A)(C)(E)(F) on property located 1611 24th Street, Everett, <br /> Washington. <br /> 2. All abatement of the violations on said property must be completed by July 15, <br /> 2016. The cleanup and abatement shall include: <br /> a. The Respondents shall remove or properly store all discarded items visible on <br /> the property. <br /> b. The Respondents shall maintain the property free of nuisances including <br /> discarded furniture and miscellaneous items. Approved garbage containers <br /> with tight fitting lids shall be used to store garbage and refuse on the property. <br /> c. The Respondents shall cut and properly dispose of all overgrown, dead and <br /> noxious vegetation from the yards of the property. <br /> d. The Respondents shall maintain all structures on the property in a clean, safe, <br /> secure and sanitary condition. <br /> 3. The Respondents shall be fined $500.00 for each violation of IPMC 106.1, IPMC <br /> 301.2, IPMC 301.3 and EMC 8.20.020(A)(C)(E)(F) for a total fine of$2000.00. <br /> 4. The Respondents shall not violate any ordinance set forth in EMC §1.20.020 or any <br /> ordinance or regulation that identifies the enforcement procedure described in <br /> Chapter 1.20 EMC as the enforcement procedure for said regulations or ordinance, <br /> for the next twenty-four (24) months. <br /> 5. The Respondents shall pay the $2000.00 fine no later than July 22, 2016. Payment <br /> shall be made to the City of Everett Treasurer at 2930 Wetmore Suite 100, Everett <br /> Washington, 98201. If payment is not made on or before July 22, 2016 collection <br /> action will be taken, which may include assigning the debt to a collection agency <br /> pursuant to EMC §1.20.050(D). <br /> 6. This written Order shall be controlling over any conflicts with oral Orders issued at <br /> the Public Hearing. <br /> 7. If the Respondents fail to abate the identified violations as directed by this Order, <br /> the City of Everett is authorized to undertake and complete the abatement in <br /> conformance with the provisions of the Everett Municipal Code, Chapter 1.20, at the <br /> full expense of the owner, which shall be in addition to the fines as imposed herein. <br /> The City may act without further order or direction of the Violations Hearing <br /> Examiner. <br />
