Revisions and additions have been circled on the plan with a <br /> revision bubble. <br /> 1. Files and plans have been sent to Ken at Robinson Plumbing for inspection and repair of <br /> the NFPA 13R fire sprinkler system. Alteration or repair to the existing system will be done <br /> under a deferred submiital. I have referenced this on page 5 of the plans under Deferred <br /> Submittals. <br /> 2. Construction of new walls and installation of windows has been clarified on page 5 of the <br /> plans under Scope Of Work. I have also added a reference to the IPMC 404.3 regarding <br /> ceiling height and added a note and leaders clarifying the new walls on page 4 of the <br /> plans. References to the IRC have been removed or replaced with references to the IBC <br /> (page 5, General Specifications section). <br /> 3. A Deferred Submittals section has been added to page 5 stating that Electrical work, <br /> Mechanical work, Plumbing work, Fire Sprinkler System work shall be done under a <br /> separate permit and comply with the IPMC. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> �� ��,�-- <br /> T.J.
