Please review and respond to the comments below. <br /> Plan review will resume when the requested information is submitted. All required submittals <br /> must be of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed structures will be <br /> constructed in compliance with all adopted codes, with two sets of drawings submitted for <br /> revisions. <br /> Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Building <br /> Structural, Public Works, Utilities, Planning, or Fire). <br /> All revisions require the person delivering the drawings to replace revisions into the two review <br /> sets here at our offices. For significant revisions, please provide two full replacement sets. If <br /> the revisions are coming directly by mail or from the blue-printer, please make arrangements to <br /> print two complete replacement sets. <br /> General <br /> 1. The plans do not clearly indicate the scope of the new work. There are several options <br /> for proceeding, but only one choice can be permitted. <br /> 2. Please submit a new set of plans where the existing work is shown as light lines, the <br /> new work is shown with dark lines, and demo work is shown with dashed lines. <br /> 3. Please list existing and new fixtures in the kitchen and plumbing equipment list. <br /> 4. If a fixture is being relocated, please indicate that in the equipment list and on the <br /> drawings, by showing the demo location with dashed lines and the new location with <br /> dark lines. <br /> 5. All new or relocated walls, doors and fixtures should be dimensioned from other walls. <br /> 6. Please target the interior elevations on the plans for reference, where elevations are <br /> required to show heights and required finishes of new work. <br /> Occupancy and Fire Safety <br /> 1. Please provide a code analysis with the square footage of dining area, take-out and <br /> serving line customer area, and kitchen and serving area. Please also provide the <br /> square footage of the building. <br /> 2. A change in use from take-out to take-out and dine-in will require changes to the toilet <br /> room access and the toilet room layout, based on the size of the seating area, per IBC <br /> section 2902.2, exception 4, as amended by the State of Washington. <br /> a.
