Please identify the number of light fixtures and ceiling tiles to be replaced on a reflected <br /> ceiling plan. If the number of light fixtures to be replaced is over 50%, please include a <br /> calculated lighting summary from the forms available on NEEC.NET to verify compliance <br /> for the interior lighting power allowances per WSEC table C405.2 (1). <br /> Deferred permits <br /> 1. Mechanical: Fan and mechanical ducting for exhaust fan from new and existing public <br /> toilet rooms and providing ventilation and exhaust to dining rooms, per IMC table <br /> 403.3.1.1, some of which is amended by WA State. <br /> 2. Sign: Canopy support repair, new awning, and signage. <br /> All codes cited refer to the 2015 International Building Code (IBC), the 2015 International <br /> Existing Building Code (IEBC), the 2015 International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC), the <br /> 2015 International Fire Code (IFC), the 2015 International Mechanical Code (IMC), and the <br /> 2015 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), as amended by the State of Washington and <br /> adopted by the City of Everett. The current IBC referenced standard for accessible design is <br /> the 2009 "Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities" (ICC/ANSI A117.1). Federal ADA <br /> regulations and standards may be more restrictive.
