OF A <br /> SPECIAL PROPERTY I.ISE PERMIT SPU #02-012 <br /> DECISION: The requested Special Property Use Permit for an <br /> above ground communication facility loc:ated in a <br /> B-2, Community Business Zone at 1331 - 1121h Street <br /> S[, Everett, Washington, 98201, is granted subject to <br /> conditions lisled. <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> VoiceStrearn PCS, 1�Jft07 Norih Creek Parkway North #101, Dothell, WA 98011 <br /> (ApplicanQ reyuested approval of a Special Property Use Permit for an above ground <br /> communication facility to be located within B-2, Community Business Zone at 1331 - <br /> ? 12th Street SE, Everett, Washington (subject p�operty). The application is subject to a <br /> Review Process III. The proposal includes the placement of a 70-foot high Snohomish <br /> County PUD utility pole on the City right-oi-way, along with three panel antennas that <br /> would be placed at the top of the pole. Approximately four c binets would be installed <br /> within an equipment compound on ihe private property adjacent to the pole. <br /> A hearing was held before the Hearing Examiner o(the City of Everett on September <br /> 12. 2002.
