The Applicant requested approval o(a Speciai Property Use Permit for an abo��e <br /> ground communicalions facility to be located within a B-2, Community Business <br /> Zone at 1331 - 1121h Street SE, Everett, Washington. The proposal includes <br /> placement of a 70-foot hic�h Snohomish Counly PUD utility pole on City right-of- <br /> way. Three panel antennas will be placed on the top of►he pole. Four cabinets <br /> would be installed wilhin an equipment compound on private property located <br /> near the utility pole. (exhibit 1) <br /> 2. It is 11ie inlent of the Applicant to place a 70-foot hiph pole and equipment <br /> compound on site. The site of the proposed facility is vacant. (exhibit 1) <br /> 3. The subject property is zoned B-2, Community Business. The properties to thr, <br /> north and aast are zoned B-2. Tho property to the south is zoned R-1, and the <br /> property to the west is Interstatc 5. Interspersed on these properties are single- <br /> family dwellings, a park, and business uses, including a hotel. (exhibit 1) <br /> 4. The application is for a major above ground communi�ations facility. Everett <br /> Land l�se Code (ELUC) 19.41.150.0 sets (orth the General Evaluation criteria <br /> that must bo considered for allowing 5pecial Property Usc Permits for major <br /> above ground communications (acility.
