Sealant must be <br /> compatible with interior coatings. Some of the Sealant will be applied during the final assembly <br /> by the buyer. <br /> Other Areas; Non-hardening butyl rubber or equivalent sealant, used between floor lap joints <br /> and other seams which will not come in contact with cargo, such as all stitch and or skip <br /> welds, any joint(s) which is not otherwise sealed by welding. <br /> 3.6 Fasteners <br /> Floor: 6 mm diameter self-tapping, Phillips head zinc plated screws, M6 X 35 X 012 <br /> (Head) <br /> Corner post: 12 mm diameter socket head zinc plated bolts with spring washer <br /> Mid post: 10 mm diameter socket head zinc plated bolts with spring washer <br /> Wall panel: 8 mm diameter hex head zinc plated bolts with spring washer <br /> Rivet: Stainless steel button head rivet with PE washer where applied to aluminum <br /> retainer <br /> 3.7 Coatings <br /> Marine container grade coating system.
