Please review and <br /> respond to the comments below. These comments address building issues only. Additional <br /> revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Building Architectural, Public <br /> Works, Planning, or Fire). All references refer to the 2015 International Building Code (IBC), the <br /> 2015 International Existing Building Code (IEBC), the 2015 International Property Maintenance <br /> Code (IPMC), the 2015 International Fire Code (IFC), the 2015 International Mechanical Code <br /> (IMC), and the 2015 International Energy Conservation (IECC), as amended by the State of <br /> Washington (WSEC) and adopted by the City of Everett. The current IBC referenced standard for <br /> accessible design is the 2009"Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities"(ICC/ANSI A117.1). <br /> Federal ADA, FHA, and HUD regulations and standards, including the Fair Housing Accessibility <br /> Guidelines may be more restrictive. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of construction documents <br /> reflecting the corrections requested. All revisions require the person delivering the <br /> drawings to replace the revisions into the two sets here at our offices. For significant <br /> revisions, or if the revisions are coming directly from a document printing facility, <br /> please make arrangements with them to print and deliver two replacement sets. <br /> Structural <br /> 1. The design snow load in western Washington is a uniform 25 psf(non-reducible) and <br /> appears that the design roof snow load used is less than this requirement. It appears that <br /> new roof framing is being added to the existing structure as indicated in the drawings. <br /> Please verify that the new framing can support the minimum roof snow load and revise <br /> calculations and drawings, as required. <br /> 2.
