The parking layout has been modified from the approved layout at the time of construction. The City of Everett does
not have any record of review and approval of the current parking layout. As such, when the parking lot is repaved and
w
restripSd the parking layout must be brought into compliance with current City of Everett design standards. Traffic
Engineering does not anticipate that this will result in a net decrease in the on-site parking supply.
If you any questions please contact me or Michael Brick, P.E.Associate Traffic Engineer City of Everett Public Works
(425)257-7790
Thank you
Benyam Stephanos
Development and Permit
City of Everett Public Works
425-257-7289
Fax:(425)257-8856
bstephanos@everettwa.gov
\ At MILK NW
f
From: Bruce Freebury [mailto:bruce©p3nw.com]
Sent: Friday, March 24, 2017 1:18 PM
To: Benyam Stephanos
Subject: PW permit
Benyam,
Can you please let me know how you are progressing on the permit process for the paving at Everett Plaza?
