Please submit a building permit application for the drawings,for plan review and permanent record. <br /> 2. The drawings for a public works permit should indicate the location of van and standard accessible parking, <br /> width of accessible parking stalls,width of access aisles for accessible parking,curb cuts, accessible parking vertical <br /> signage, and designated and marked crosswalks to the buildings served where crossing traffic lanes, per IBC sections <br /> 1104.3, 1106.1, 1106.4, 1106.5 and 1106.6 as amended by Washington State, and IEBC sections 410.5 and 410.7. <br /> a. A handout for parking accessibility is available online: https://everettwa.gov/access <br /> b. The costs for providing the accessible route of the parking and the route to the building served are not required <br /> to exceed a cost of 20%in addition to the cost of the alterations, per IEBC section 410.7 exception 1. <br /> 3. The total number of accessible parking spaces is determined based on required parking, per IBC section 1106.5 <br /> and IBC table 1106.1. Please summarize this information on the drawings,to include the specific number of accessible <br /> and van accessible parking spaces required. <br /> a. Required parking is determined by Planning and Traffic Engineering. <br /> 4.
