(7) The new equipment shelter is proposed to be approximately 12 feet in height and will meet the setbacks of the R-1 zone. (8) The facility shall be removed if it is unused for a period of at least 120 days. (9) Criterion not applicable. (10) This criterion allows the City to require that facilities be designed to accommodate more than one wireless service provider at a given site. The only provider at this time is T-Mobile. (11) Safety lights will not be required for this facility. The proposed antennas do not exceed the height of the water tank. (12) City staff has not requested the input from a third party expert because it has not identified any complex technical issues in conjunction with the instant application. Conclusion: Based on the above findings,the Specific Evaluation Criteria have been met. DECISION: The proposal is approved subject to the following conditions: 1. All antennas, electrical conduits, and the shelter shall be painted to match the existing water tank and create a consistent design theme for the site and surrounding area. 2. Landscaping shall be installed as shown on the plan dated June 15, 2016 along the perimeter of the equipment shelter.
