Using the Edward D. Hansen Conference
Center at the Angel of the Winds Arena positions our event near hotels, restaurants, freeways and other
transportation.
Specific funding request:
• Pipe and drape system required for an ordered and professional presentation,
• A beautiful venue
• High quality marketing materials
(see budget)
Reason for professional presentation: Renting the pipe and drape significantly reduces the amount of man
hours required to set up the show. Therefore allowing volunteers to stay energized and focused on hanging
the quilts and producing a positive experience for our guests. It is not feasible to purchase this equipment,
as it would require enormous storage costs for the bulk of the year.
