• ORDINANCE NO. - E-Y AN ORDINANCE amending Section 6 of Ordinance No. 689-80 creating a special Construction Fund entitled "Kasch Park Construction" , appro- priating $18,000 in additional funds . NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1 : That Section 6 of Ordinance No. 689-80 which reads as follows: Section 6: A. The sum of $82,500 is hereby appropriated to Fund No. 342, BOMARC PARK CONSTRUCTION FUND, as follows : 1 . Program 823, Bomarc Park $ 82,500 B. The source of funds for the appropriations shall be: 1 . Federal Revenue Sharing Money, Fund No. 199 50,000 2. Cash on Hand as of 1/1/79, General Fund No. 002, Park Fund No. 101 22,000 3. Park Fund No. 101 - 1979 3,000 4. Park Fund No. 101 , Program 823 - 1980 7,500 TOTAL $ 82,500 C. In 1979 and 1980, the Bomarc Park Funds were budgeted in the Park Fund No. 101 . $25,000 was budgeted in 1979 and $57,500 was budgeted in 1980 or a total of $82,500. The actual expenditures in 1979 were $7,134.36. The actual expenditures from January 1 , 1980 through March 31 , 1980 were $6,613.82 or a total spent through March 31 , 1980 of $13,748.18. These budgeted funds and the actual expenditures will be trans- ferred from Fund No. 101 to this Construction Fund No. 342. D. This appropriation shall not lapse but shall be carried forward from year to year until fully expended or the purpose has been accomplished or abandoned without the necessity of reappropriation as per R.C.W. 35.33.151 . is hereby amended as follows : Section 6: A.
