In 1979 and 1980, the KASCH Park Funds were budgeted in the Park <br /> Fund No. 101 . $25,000 was budgeted in 1979, $57,500 was budgeted <br /> in 1980 and $18,000 in 1982 or a total of $100,500. <br /> The actual expenditures in 1979 were $7,134.36. The actual ex- <br /> penditures from January 1 , 1980 through March 31 , 1980 were <br /> $6,613.82 or a total spent through March 31 , 1980 of $13,748.18. <br /> These budgeted funds and the actual expenditures will be trans- <br /> ferred from Fund No. 101 to this Construction Fund No. 342. <br /> D. This appropriation shall not lapse but shall be carried forward <br /> from year to year until fully expended or the purpose has been <br /> accomplished or abandoned without the necessity of reappropriation <br /> as per R.C.W. 35.33.151 . <br /> E.
