NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED AS FOLLOWS: 1 1. That detailed drawings shall be submitted to the Public Works 1 Department showing site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction erosion control and all required improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works Department i' approval of these drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All improvements shall be completed, approved and warranted before the Occupancy Permit is issued. 2. Participation in the cost to fund the Southend Sewer Interceptor is 11 required. The approximate cost based on the preliminary information provided is $.117/sq. ft. for Retail, $.213/sq. ft. for Office, $.0213/sq. ft. for Warehouse and $.234/sq. ft. for Grocery. The actual cost shall 11 be computed by the Building Department per the Ordinance in effect at 1111 the time and according to the information provided on the approved plans on the date of permit issuance. it 1 3. Detention is required; all detention shall be approved by the Everett i Public Works Department. On-site detention may be met by a contribution to a regional detention system. 4. During construction, all truck traffic to and from the site within the City of Everett shall be on arterial streets unless otherwise approved by the Public Works Department. 5. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all 11 times during construction. Dust suppression and street cleaning must 11 occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. 1 6. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion of construction. If building activity commences within 30 days of the 11 completion of construction, reseeding will not be required. If reseeding is not practical due to weather or seasonal problems, the ground must be covered with mulch as directed by the City Engineer. I� 7. As-builts of storm sewer system can be submitted as prints and must be I submitted before the Occupancy Permit is issued. 1 1 8. A one year Warrantee Guarantee is required on the public landscaping for an amount not less than 10% of the cost of construction and shall run for one year from the date of final approval/issuance of the first Occupancy Permit for the project. 1 9.
