.) 1 2- r • • ORDINANCE NO. ?2 y-F.,1- AN ORDINANCE annexing certain property to the City of Everett. WHEREAS, pursuant to R.C.W. 35.13.130, a petition was presented to the City Council of the City of Everett proposing the annexation of certain property; and WHEREAS, the petition which was filed pursuant to R.C.W. 35.13.130 was signed by owners of not less than seventy-five percent in value according to the assessed valuation for general taxes of the property proposed to be annexed; and WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Everett, a municipal corporation did fix the 2nd day of June, 1982, for hearing upon said petition, and cause notice of hearing to be published in one issue of the Everett Daily Herald, a newspaper of general circulation in the City, and caused said notice also to be posted in three places within the territory proposed for annexation, which notice as published and as posted specified the time and place of hearing and invited interested persons to appear and voice approval or disapproval of the annexation; and WHEREAS, following the hearing, the Council of the City of Everett, a municipal corporation, have determined to annex all of the property described in the petition as hereinafter set forth; WHEREAS, the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board did, at their August 4, 1982, regular meeting, decline to involve jurisdiction in this matter; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the property hereinafter described be, and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Everett: A portion of the West half of Section 19, Township 28 North, Range 5 East, W.M., and East half of Section 24, Township 28 North, Range 4 East W.M. situated in Snohomish County, State of Washington, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Easterly right-of-way of 3rd Ave SE and the North line of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 19; thence Easterly along the above mentioned South Half to the West boundary of the Plat of Broadway Farms No. 2, filed in Volume 13 of Plats at page 93, Records of said county; thence Northerly along the West boundary of said Plat of Broadway Farms No. 2 to the North line of Lot 8 of said Plat of Broadway Farms No. 2; thence Easterly along the North line of said Lot 8 to the Northwest corner of Lot 43 of the said Plat of Broadway Farms No. 2; thence Easterly along the North line of said Lot 43 to the East boundary of the said Plat of Broadway Farms No. 2; thence Southerly along the East boundary of said Plat of Broadway Farms No. 2 to the North line of the Plat of Hemlock Acres No. 14; thence Westerly along the North line of said Plat of Hemlock Acres No. 14 to the East line of Lot 6 of said Plat of Hemlock Acres No. 14; thence Southerly along the East line of said Lot 6 to the Southerly right-of- way of 109th St. SE (Larsen Rd); thence Westerly along the Southerly right- of-way of said 109th St. SE to the Easterly right-of-way of 7th Ave SE (Farmers Rd); thence Southerly along the Easterly right-of-way of said 7th
