• <br /> Ave SE to a point which intersects the Easterly extension of the South line of <br /> Lot 4, Plat of Broadway Farms No. 2; thence Westerly along said Easterly <br /> extension of said South line of said Lot 4, Plat of Broadway Farms No. 2 to <br /> the Southwest corner of said Lot 4, also being the west line of Plat of <br /> Broadway Farms No. 2; thence Southerly along the West boundary of said Plat <br /> of Broadway Farms No. 2 to the North line of the South 430.00 feet of the <br /> Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 19; thence <br /> Westerly along the North line of the above mentioned South 430.00 feet to a <br /> point on the Westerly right-of-way of 3rd Ave S E,; thence Northerly along <br /> the said Westerly right-of-way of 3rd Ave SE to the Southerly right-of-way of <br /> 104th St. SE; thence Easterly along the Southerly extension of 104th St. SE to <br /> the Easterly right-of-way of said 3rd Ave S E; thence South along said <br /> Easterly right-of-way to the True Point of Beginning. <br /> Section 2: That upon annexation of the property herein above set forth, said <br /> property thereof annexed shall become a part of the City of Everett, a municipal <br /> corporation, and shall be subject to all its laws and ordinances then and thereafter <br /> in force. Upon annexation of the above-described property, all of said property <br /> shall be assessed and taxed at the same rate on the same basis as other property <br /> located within the City of Everett is assessed and taxed, to pay for any then <br /> outstanding indebtedness of the City of Everett contracted prior to or existing at <br /> the date of this annexation. In addition, the annexed area will remain responsible <br /> unto any other lawfully formed municipal corporation to which the property is <br /> obligated at the time of annexation subject to a specific lien. Further, the City of <br /> Everett may incur additional operating expenses in supplying water or sewage unto <br /> persons who are located within the annexed area. Accordingly, utility rates for the <br /> area for which annexation is petitioned may vary from those rates from other areas <br /> within the City of Everett. <br /> Section 3: That the Clerk of Everett is hereby directed upon passage of the <br /> ordinance of annexation to deliver and to file with the County Council of <br /> Snohomish County, Washington, a certified copy of this ordinance of annexation. <br /> CITY OF EVERETT <br /> / i <br /> MAYOR <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ITY CLERK — <br /> PASSED: Y-//-- '- <br /> VALID: f -F2-- <br /> PUBLISHED: 1'/f=12— <br /> -2- <br />
