s • • • • • 1 possession or control of family residential property finds a vehicle other than an 2 abandoned vehicle as defined in Section 1(A) of this ordinance (RCW 46.52.102) standing 3 upon such property without his consent, he is authorized to have such vehicle removed 4 from such property and stored or held for its owner. 5 Section 14: CONSTRUCTION. This ordinance shall implement and be supple- 6 mentary to the provisions of the Washington Model Traffic Ordinance, RCW 46.90, and 7 shall be construed in a manner consistent with the provisions thereof. 8 Section 15: PENALTIES. The violation of any provision of this ordinance 9 shall constitute a criminal offense and shall be punishable by a fine of $100 (one 10 hundred dollars) plus costs. Each day that any person is in violation of any provision of 11 this ordinance shall constitute a separate offense and shall be subject to the penalties 12 as set forth herein. 13 Section 16: SEVERABILITY. The provisions of this ordinance are severable and 14 if any provision, clause, sentence, subsection, section, word or part thereof is held 15 illegal, invalid or unconstitutional, or inapplicable to any person or circumstance, such 16 illegality, invalidity or unconstitutionality, or inapplicability shall not affect or impair 17 any of the remaining provisions, clauses, sentences, subsections, sections, words or 18 parts of the ordinance or their application to other persons or circumstances.
