The applicable minimum monthly charge for master meter service to water districts or associations or other persons or organizations serving more than 18 one premise outside the City limits shall be computed by adding to the appropriate sized metered service minimum monthly charge, an additional 19 charge of one dollar and fifty cents for each additional premises supplied through such meter. The total sum so computed shall constitute the 20 minimum monthly charge without regard to actual consumption. 21 4. Area Served by Pumping. In such areas outside the City limits which shall be served by the City's pumping station located at 60th and Evergreen Way, 22 the consumption and minimum monthly charges shall be computed in the manner specified for other individual metered customers outside the City up 23 to a monthly consumption of two hundred twenty thousand cubic feet. All water used monthly in excess of two hundred twenty thousand cubic feet 24 shall be paid for at the rate of nineteen cents per one hundred cubic feet. 25 5. Service Connection Charges. Service connection installations outside the City limits of all sizes shall be charged at the actual cost of the complete 26 installation but in no event shall the charge for a three-quarter inch, a one-inch or a two-inch service be less than the amounts set forth in 27 Paragraph A 4b of this section. 28 6. Delinquent Penalty and Special Charges. The delinquent penalty charge as set forth in Paragraph A 5 of this section and the special charges as set 29 forth in Paragraph A 6 of this section, shall apply to customers outside the City limits also except that a twenty-five percent surcharge shall be added 30 thereto. 31 shall be amended hereafter to read as follows: • 32 -4-
