• 1 Effective January 1, 1982, and thereafter, the monthly water rates and charges together with monthly minimum charges, special charges and 2 penalties prevailing throughout the water system shall include a filtration charge and shall be as follows: 3 A. Metered rates - water charge 8 First 1,000 cu. ft., 0-1,000 cu. ft. $9.75 Next 1,000 cu. ft., 1,000-2,000 cu. ft. .64 per 100 cu. ft. 9 Next 4,000 cu. ft., 2,000-6,000 cu. ft. .55 per 100 cu. ft.
