Turn-on and shut-off requested for a time other than regular hours <br /> 8 shall be charged at the rate of two times the cost for all direct labor <br /> charged therefor under the most recent AFSCME contract. <br /> 9 <br /> 7. Fire Service. The rates for water supplied exclusively for fire protection <br /> 10 purposes shall be deemed service charges and shall be for any one month, or <br /> fractional part thereof, as follows: <br /> 11 <br /> Size of Service Service Charge <br /> 12 4 inches $ 4.00 <br /> 6 inches 5.50 <br /> 13 8 inches 7.50 <br /> 10 inches 10.00 <br /> 14 12 inches 12.00 <br /> 15 <br /> B. Outside the City Limits. <br /> 16 <br /> 1. Individual Meters. The consumption and minimum monthly water charges <br /> 17 for individual metered services outside the City limits shall be computed in <br /> the same manner as for metered customers within the City and then a <br /> 18 surcharge of twenty-five percent of this amount shall be added to the water <br /> charge so computed. In addition, a charge of $.24 per 100 cu. ft. or $2.40 <br /> 19 minimum monthly filtration charge shall be added to arrive at the total <br /> monthly charge. No surcharge shall be added to the filtration charge. <br /> 20 <br /> 2. Master Meters. <br /> 21 <br /> a. The consumption charges for master meters to water districts, water <br /> 22 associations, or other persons or organizations serving more than one <br /> individual shall be as follows: <br /> 23 <br /> i. For meters connected east of the Snohomish River the charge shall <br /> 24 be: <br /> 25 First 1,000 cu. ft., 0-1,000 cu. ft. $6.72 <br /> Next 1,000 cu. ft., 1,000-2,000 cu. ft. .48 per 100 cu. ft. <br /> 26 Next 4,000 cu. ft., 2,000-6,000 cu. ft. .41 per 100 cu. ft. <br /> Next 3,000 cu. ft., 6,000-9,000 cu. ft. .27 per 100 cu. ft. <br /> 27 Next 211,000 cu. ft., 9,000-220,000 cu. ft. .14 per 100 cu. ft. <br /> Next 3,280,000 cu. ft., 220,000-3,500,000 cu. ft. .10 per 100 cu. ft. <br /> 28 Over 3,500,000 cu. ft.
