The sources of funds for the appropriations to all four programs (Nos. 180 <br /> through 183) shall be: <br /> Fund 349 - Community Development Block Grant <br /> Funds $337,700 <br /> C. This appropriation shall not lapse but shall be carried forward from year to <br /> year until fully expended or the purpose has been accomplished or abandoned <br /> without the necessity of reappropriation as per R. C. W. 35.33.151. <br /> THAT Sections 2 and 9 of Ordinance No. 787-81 are hereby amended as follows: <br /> Section 2: Authorization is hereby given to provide for the development of contract <br /> plans, specifications and detailed cost estimates and construction required to provide <br /> the following: <br /> A. Lowell Neighborhood Improvements <br /> 1. Allocate funds to the Council for a Greater Everett to provide support <br /> services to the Riverside Neighborhood. ($1,000) <br /> 2. Capital Construction Projects. ($82,000) <br /> The following is being added for clarification: <br /> 3. Engineering and Design of Neighborhood Improvement Projects. <br /> ($13,500) <br /> B. Northeast Everett Neighborhood Improvements <br /> 1. Construct sidewalk on the west side of Walnut from 9th Street to <br /> Butler. ($4,100) <br /> 2. Construct curb, gutter, and sidewalk on both sides of the 1200 block of <br /> Maple. ($51,000) <br /> 3. Continue youth recreation program. ($12,000) <br /> 4. $1,000 to the Coucil for a Greater Everett for neighborhood fair share <br /> assistance for support services to Northeast Everett Neighborhood <br /> Organization. <br /> 5. Construct a sidewalk on the south side of Highway 99 from 7th Street to <br /> Walnut ($7,600) <br /> 6. Overlay roadbed on 5th Street from Pilchuck Path to Walnut Street. <br /> ($6,325) <br /> 7. Construct curb, gutter, and sidewalk on the northwest corner of 19th <br /> Street and Pine Street intersection. ($1,900) <br /> The following projects are being added per Resolution No. 2064: <br /> 8. 1100 Block of Maple - curb, gutters, sidewalks, drainage, and street <br /> overlay. ($50,000) <br /> 9. Southern most 200 feet of 1800 block of Chestnut adjacent to 19th - <br /> paved and curbs on both sides and sidewalk on west side. ($25,000) <br /> 10. Engineering and design of neighborhood improvement projects. <br /> - 3 - <br />
