• <br /> • . • , <br /> 1 The issuance of a permit based upon plans and specifications shall <br /> not prevent the Building Official from thereafter requiring the <br /> 2 correction of errors in said plans and specifications or from <br /> preventing work being carried on thereunder when in violation of <br /> 3 this ordinance or of any other ordinance of the City. <br /> 4 (g) Suspension of Revocation. The Building Official may, in writing, <br /> suspend or revoke a permit issued under provisions of this <br /> 5 ordinance whenever the permit is issued in error or on the basis of <br /> incorrect information supplied, or in violation of any ordinance or <br /> 6 regulation or any of the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> 7 (h) Inspections. <br /> 8 1. All construction, work, and equipment for which a permit is <br /> required by this ordinance shall be subject to inspections by <br /> 9 the Building Official to insure compliance with this <br /> ordinance. <br /> 10 <br /> 2. That portion of any construction, work and equipment <br /> 11 intended to be concealed shall not be concealed until <br /> inspected and approved. <br /> 12 <br /> 3. Neither the City nor the Building Official nor his duly <br /> 13 appointed assistant shall be liable for any expense entailed <br /> in the removal or replacement of any material required to <br /> 14 allow an inspection. <br /> 15 4. The Building Official may require that every request for <br /> inspection be filed at least one day before such inspection is <br /> 16 desired. <br /> 17 <br /> Section 2: All ordinances, or portions thereof, inconsistent herewith, are hereby <br /> 18 <br /> repealed. <br /> 19 <br /> Section 3: If any provision of this ordinance, or its application to any <br /> 20 <br /> person or circumstances is held invalid, the remainder of the ordinance, or the <br /> 21 <br /> application of the provisions to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected, <br /> 22 <br /> and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 <br /> 25 <br /> MAYOR <br /> 26 ATTEST: <br /> 27 AFL' " Age c <br /> Y CLERK <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Passed: 3 ! ` <br /> 30 Valid: -7'e �Y <br /> 31 Published: ' --f 2-- <br /> 32 <br /> -4- <br />
