The applicant submitted an application to the Planning Department on November 9,2016,for <br /> the conversion of an existing single family house to a six unit multi-family structure,and <br /> construction of a new rear yard infill duplex with deviations from the required roof pitch and <br /> rear setback. <br /> 2. The subject site is located in the R-4H:Multiple-family High Density Core Residential Zone <br /> and Rucker Grand Historic Overlay. <br /> 3. Everett Municipal Code(EMC)Title 19 Table 33G-1 permits unlimited density in the R-4 <br /> Core Residential Zone. <br /> 4. EMC 19 Table 5.1 permits rear yard infill dwellings in the R-4 Zone. <br /> 5.
