The Project is located within the upland portion of an active industrial waterfront and within <br /> a high liquefaction hazard area. <br /> i. Approximately how many people would reside or work in the completed project? <br /> No people will reside on site. Approximately 150 people work within the Project vicinity. <br /> j. Approximately how many people would the completed project displace? <br /> No people will be displaced by the Project. <br /> k. Proposed measures to avoid or reduce displacement impacts,if any: <br /> No displacement impacts will occur as part of the Project; therefore, no measures are <br /> proposed. A slight increase in direct permanent jobs is anticipated as a result of the Project. <br /> 1. Proposed measures to ensure the proposal is compatible with existing and projected <br /> land uses and plans,if any: <br /> The Project is consistent with the City of Everett 2025 Comprehensive Plan for rail and <br /> marine facilities and the Port's Comprehensive Scheme of Harbor Improvements for future <br /> use of the south terminal (City of Everett 2013; Port of Everett 2014). Furthermore, the <br /> proposal is consistent with the Port's Marine Terminal Master Plan to provide rail access and <br /> upgrades to the south terminal (Port of Everett 2008). <br /> m. Proposed measures to ensure the proposal is compatible with nearby agricultural and <br /> forestlands of long-term commercial significance,if any: <br /> The Project is not located near agricultural or forest lands. <br /> 9.
