WARRANTY MANUFACTURER:20 Year NDL labor and material, per the manufacturer's written warranty. <br /> 2. ANNUAL INSPECTION: Each year for the first(2)years ROOFCORP will perform annual roof inspection to ensure roof is <br /> performing as intended and in compliance with warranty maintenance requirements. <br /> 3. PERFORMANCE BOND:An independent surety bonding company has pre-approved ROOFCORP for a performance bond on <br /> this project. Upon request, a performance will be provided at additional cost. <br /> 4. INSURANCE:All work to be covered by Workmen's Compensation and$6,000,000 of Auto, Public Liability, Property Damage, <br /> Products Liability and Completed Operations Insurance.Customer may be named as a certificate holder upon request, subject to <br /> additional charges and availability of coverage. <br /> 5. SAFETY: In commitment to safety ROOFCORP shall be responsible to comply with all applicable local,state and federal <br /> requirements that are safety related. <br /> 6. UL RATED ROOF COVERING: Roof covering materials must be installed in accordance with UL 790(ASTM E108)to be fire <br /> rated assemblies.The materials in existing roof systems are assumed to be installed in accordance with their listing and the <br /> manufacturers'installation instructions.The system we have proposed has been rated as a UL Class"A" roof covering assembly. <br /> [C]SCOPE OF WORK: Provide labor, materials and supervision per the following specifications: <br /> 1. TEAR OFF:Tear off all existing roof layers and haul away All removed materials shall be directed to truck or dumpster via tear <br /> off chute or hoist with container.This will protect the structure, property;walls and general work area from damage while at the <br /> same time enhance job site safety. <br /> 2. INSULATION OR UNDERLAYMENT: Install Versashield Solo over entire roof area.All layers will be fastened to <br /> manufacturer's requirements for proposed roofing system. <br /> 3. SCUPPER DRAINS: The existing scupper drain holes will have new 24g scuppers installed.The scuppers will be of same <br /> shape and design as the existing. <br /> 4. ROOFING SYSTEM: Install per manufacturer's specifications, a GAF EverGuard TPO.060""reinforced Thermoplastic <br /> Polyolefin White membrane.All flashing details will be completed to manufacturer requirements. <br /> 5. PENETRATION FLASHINGS: Install new TPO boot flashings at plumbing vents, heater Stacks and electrical pipe <br /> penetrations. <br /> 6. VERTICAL SURFACES: Roofing shall be installed up vertical surfaces and terminated at top outside edge of wall or at fixed <br /> metal flashing as required. <br />
