CLEAN UP: During the course of this work, ROOFCORP shall use all means necessary to maintain the work area in a clean, <br /> safe,and orderly manner. <br /> [D]EXCLUSIONS:Any work not described above, Mechanical Work, Electrical Work,Wood Work, City Permits, Fire department <br /> Permits and WSST. Please note that roofing substrates may require additional testing such as pull out tests for wind up-lift <br /> requirements. Our proposal does not include testing or upgrade to roof covering due to test failure. <br /> [E]PERMIT AND INSPECTION FEES: Customer shall pay all building permit, inspection and/or access fees required plus$75.00 <br /> for issuance costs. Please note that many cities have demolition recycling ordinances and the fees or deposits required are not <br /> included. <br /> [F]EXTRA WORK: If during the work process additional work is discovered,the contractor will immediately notify the owner.Any <br /> extra labor connected with repair work will be billed on a time($74.50 per man hour)and(material plus 20%markup)basis. <br /> [G]TIME FOR STARTING&COMPLETION:To be negotiated upon contract signing.The work to be performed by ROOFCORP <br /> pursuant to this agreement shall be commenced within(#)days from the date of owner approval of this contract or approximately <br /> on(date)and shall be substantially completed within(#)days or approximately on(date)weather permitting. <br /> [H]TERMS&CONDITIONS:This proposal is subject to the attached Terms&Conditions.
