I*Our Plan <br /> TO MOUE FORWARD <br /> Connecting Your Future <br /> The City of Everett and the Puget Sound Regional Council (PSRC) envision a future with 25,000 new <br /> households and 45,000 jobs in the next twenty years.To accommodate this growth,transit service must <br /> increase as the city grows by providing an efficient and robust solution for mobility and accessibility.As part <br /> of the PSRC Transportation 2040 plan, local transit service is expected to grow by 20 to 25 percent over the <br /> next twenty years in order to address congestion, greenhouse gas emissions, and regional mobility needs. <br /> The Growth Network Plan was developed through input from the community and interested stakeholders to <br /> envision how Everett Transit should grow to meet these increasing needs.
