MVD has the skills and staff to perform this <br /> task when scheduled efficiently. This additional workload will have minimal impact on MVD. Maintenance <br /> of City equipment will have priority. Maintenance on Mukilteo's vehicles will be scheduled and performed <br /> around the City's needs and priorities. <br /> MVD will bill Mukilteo at a rate of$118 per hour regular time, and$177 per hour overtime with a 35% <br /> mark-up on parts. This will cover MVD's direct and indirect costs. This agreement will bring new revenue <br /> into the City.Mukilteo's fleet represents approximately 2.5%of the current MVD workload. This agreement <br /> has the potential to generate approximately$3,000 to $5,000 in annual revenue for the City. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Maintenance and Repair Agreement with the City of Mukilteo. <br /> 73 <br />
