1 • • n. The word "Project" means those additions and improve- ments to the System authorized by Section 2 of this Ordinance. o. The words "Refunded Bonds" mean the outstanding indebt- edness of the City under the Snohomish PUD Agreement as described on page 1 of Ordinance No. 536-78, and water and sewer revenue bonds of the City issued under dates of April 1, 1963 , December 1, 1965, September 1, 1960, July 1, 1963 , and May 1, 1969, as described on pages 1-4 of Ordinance No. 536-78. p. The words "Revenue Bond Fund" mean the 1978 City of Everett Water and Sewer Revenue Bond Fund created in the office of the Treasurer of the City by Section 7 of Ordinance No . 536-78. q. The words "Revenue Fund" mean the Water and Sewer Revenue Fund of the City created by Section 6 of Ordinance No. 536-78 of the City. r. The words "Revenue of the System" mean all earnings, revenue and moneys received by the City from or on account of the operation of the System, including the income from investments of money in the Water and Sewer Revenue Fund and the Revenue Bond Fund or from any other investment thereof except the income from investments irrevocably pledged to the payment of the Refunded Bonds or any other water and sewer revenue bonds pursuant to a plan of retirement or refunding. The words "Revenue of the System" shall also include any federal or state reimbursements of operating expenses to the extent such expenses are included as "Maintenance and Operation Costs of the System. " s. "Sinking Fund Account" means any account created in the Revenue Bond Fund to amortize the principal of the Term Bonds. "2007 Sinking Fund Account" means the account of that name created in the Revenue Bond Fund by Section 6 of this Ordinance to amor- tize the 2007 Term Bonds. t. The words "Snohomish PUD Agreement" mean the agreement dated November 17, 1981, by and between the City and Public -4-
