Divisions of land due to condemnation, or sale under threat <br /> thereof, by any agency or division of government vested with the <br /> 19 power of condemnation. <br /> 20 6. Non-residential subdivision with Binding Site Plan (as defined in <br /> the Subdivision Code) and which meets the requirements of Ordi- <br /> nance No. 753-81. (SEPA - as it presently is or is hereafter <br /> amended). <br /> 22 7. Pre-Application Conference. The applicant shall have a <br /> 28 pre-application conference with the Planning Department. <br /> 29 2. Documents - Fees.
