• • 1 right-of-way and by the construction of a roadway system, concrete sidewalks on both sides, curbs and gutters, and storm sewer system, said 2 systems and improvements to include all incidental material, appurten- ances, and work necessary for a complete improvement. 3 4 Such improvements shall include the acquisition of property easements and 5 rights-of-way necessary to carry out the above improvements. 6 All of the foregoing shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications 7 therefor prepared by the City Public Works Department, and may be modified by the 8 City Council as long as such modification does not affect the purpose of the 9 improvement. 10 Section 2: There is hereby created and established a local improvement 11 district to be called Local Improvement District No. 709, which the boundaries of the 12 district is more particularly described as: 13 Beginning at the west quarter corner of Section 14, Township 28 North, 14 Range 4 East, W.M., thence North along the Westerly section line of Section 14 a distance of 1316.37 feet to the true point of beginning; 15 thence continuing North along said section line to its intersection with the Southerly right-of-way line of State Route 526; thence Easterly following 16 said Southerly right-of-way line to its intersection with the centerline of the Evergreen Way right-of-way; thence Southwesterly along said center- 17 line of Evergreen Way to the intersection with the North section line of Section 18, Township 28 North, Range 5 East, W.M., thence Easterly along 18 said section line to a point 258.40 feet, more or less, East of the Northwest corner of said section; thence Southerly a distance of 156.03 feet; thence S 31° 43' 45" W for 217.47 feet; thence S 00° 49' 00" E for 19 140.61 feet; thence N 58° 16' 15" W for 328.81 feet, more or less to 20 intersect with the centerline of Evergreen Way; thence Southwesterly along said centerline to a point of intersection with the projected 21 Southwesterly lot line of Lot 1, Beverly Garden Tracts, Division No. 1; thence northwesterly along said projected lot line and said lot line to the intersection with the North boundary of the Beverly Garden Tracts 22 Subdivision; thence Westerly along said subdivision's North boundary to 23 the intersection with the corporate limits of the City of Everett as it presently exists by ordinance; thence following said corporate limits to the center of Section 14, Township 28 North, Range 4 East, W.M., thence 24 North 0° 55' 36" West along the center section line a distance of 1316.37 25 feet to the Northeast corner of the South half of the Northwest quarter of Section 14, Township 28 North, Range 4 East, W.M., thence 26 N 89° 48' 49" West a distance of 2636.351 feet to the true point of beginning. 27 All located in Everett, Snohomish County, Washington. 28 29 Section 3: The total estimated cost and expense of the improvement is hereby declared to be $6,418,000.
