• <br /> • <br /> • <br /> 1 - 1 dwelling unit/lot: $339/lot <br /> - 2 dwelling units/lot: $496/lot <br /> 2 - 3 or more units/lot: $219 per dwelling X official(s)' <br /> estimate of dwelling units per lot. <br /> 3 <br /> 4 is hereby amended in full to read hereafter as follows: <br /> 5 <br /> Section 1: The Mayor or the official responsible for reviewing and <br /> 6 approving all subdivisions or short subdivisions shall, as part of the <br /> approval of each subdivision or short subdivision, consider the cost of <br /> 7 additional sewer facilities necessary to service the dwelling, commercial <br /> or industrial units which may be created on the lots created by the <br /> 8 subdivision or short subdivision. Said reviewing official(s) shall establish a <br /> sewer development fee for each lot created based on the zoning and the <br /> 9 estimated cost of additional sewer facilities to service, or, in lieu of <br /> estimates, the said official(s) may establish sewer utility development <br /> 10 fees for each lot in accordance with the following schedule: <br /> 11 A. Each lot in a proposed subdivision, plat or short subdivision in the <br /> North and South central area (Area 1 on map attached hereto and <br /> 12 incorporated herein by reference) shall be charged as follows based <br /> on the said official(s)' estimate of the number of dwelling units <br /> 13 which may be constructed on each lot created: <br /> 14 - 1 dwelling unit/lot: $221/lot <br /> - 2 dwelling units/lot: $322/lot <br /> 15 - 3 or more units/lot: $143 per dwelling unit X <br /> official(s)' estimate of dwelling <br /> 16 units per lot. <br /> 17 B. Each lot in a proposed subdivision, plat or short subdivision in the <br /> Southend area (Area 2 on map attached) shall be charged as follows <br /> 18 based on said official(s)' estimate of the number of dwelling units <br /> which may be constructed on each lot created: <br /> 19 <br /> - 1 dwelling unit/lot: $339/lot <br /> 20 - 2 dwelling units/lot: $496/lot <br /> - 3 or more units/lot: $219 per dwelling unit X <br /> 21 official(s)' estimate of dwelling <br /> units per lot. <br /> 22 C. Each lot in a proposed subdivision, plat or short subdivision in the <br /> 23 Riverside area (Area 3 on map attached) shall be charged as <br /> follows based on said official(s)' estimate of the number of dwelling <br /> 24 units which may be constructed on each lot created: <br /> 25 - 1 dwelling unit/lot: $825/lot <br /> - 2 dwelling units/lot: $1,204/lot <br /> 26 - 3 or more units/lot: $532 per dwelling unit X <br /> official(s)' estimate of dwelling <br /> 27 units per lot. <br /> 28 D.
