The lease further addresses that all work performed by the tenant shall be performed <br /> in accordance with building code requirements, and in accordance with permitting <br /> requirements of the City of Everett Building Department. Notwithstanding the above, it is my <br /> intent as a landlord to authorize the tenant to make improvements within their leased space to <br /> meet their needs. I have reviewed the tenant's plans for build-out of the space and herby grant <br /> authorization to them, in accordance with the terms of the lease to build out the space in <br /> accordance with their design. <br /> As the building owner, I hereby grant the tenant authorization to carry out construction within <br /> the leased space, either with their employees or with their contractors to the extent allowed by <br /> the local building department. It is my understanding that all electrical work will be carried out <br /> by licensed electrical contractors in accordance with local permit requirements.
